A ski instructor since 1977, I fell in love with Telemark over a decade ago. I spend all my ski time, teaching, training, and racing – in Tele Gear. The 17-18 season I was named Full-time Instructor of the Year at Mount Snow. I’m certified Level II in both Alpine and Telemark, and am pursuing additional teaching and race goals! (Don’t tell anyone that I was a ballet skier back in the day…..)

My Goals and Motivation:

Improvement, fun and more fun while improving! also… going fast.

What I love about Telemark Racing:

A real challenge that excites and sometimes scares me. I love the technique, focus and finesse required to be able to complete the entire scope of Telemark racing. It’s so much more complex and so much more fun.

Interesting Facts About Myself:

I ski, raise Weimaraners and have gotten into Quilting. I’ve become a full-time Vermonter and enjoy it!

Competition Results:

2018-2019 Highlights:

Due to a knee injury I spent a lot of time judging and running the course at a cautious speed. Knee is healed and I’m ready to compete!
