My Skiing History:
My parents taught me to ski at Waterville Valley in New Hampshire when I was just 3 years old. For many years I have skied in the Waterville Valley Junior Seasonal Program. At age 9 I first learned to Telemark and got my first taste of racing around the age of 10.
My Goals and Motivation:
This year, my goal is to get to the next level of competition, by improving my skate, and my line. I am aiming to be a competitor when I race in World Cup events this season.
What I Love about Telemark Racing and Skiing:
Telemark racing is such a great challenge, it helps me to become a better skier. I love to race because it is a lot of fun and you get to meet people, and make friends from all around the country and all over the world.
Interesting Facts About Myself:
In the summers, I love to fish, hike, camp, mountain bike, and enjoy the great outdoors. I also play the drums.
