Race Training with the US Telemark Ski Team. If you are a Telemark skier who is comfortable on the Blue runs or better this event will take your skiing to the next level. We will run through many aspects of telemark racing. We will meet on Saturday and jump right into on snow training. Some of the things we will cover will be technique, tactics, gates, skating, rap (if possible), and jump technique (if possible). Saturday night will end with Video analysis of the day’s skiing. New this year we will have a Registered Sports Dietitian joining us after skiing on Saturday to cover some nutritional information. Sunday we will be back on snow building on what we did on Saturday.
