My Skiing History:

–First time on skis at age 2. With Mom practically holding me up.
– Started skiing on my own the following year…spending many years practicing on the “magic carpet” at Wachusett Mountain
– Started skiing in the Waterville Valley Junior Seasonal program at age 7.
– Started telemark skiing at age 8– Started competing in telemark races at age 9
– This year is my fourth year on the USTSA Development Team

My Goals and Motivation:

Improve my place finish in races over last year. Improve race technique. Have fun skiing with friends.

What I Love About Telemark Racing and Skiing:

Unique form of skiing and the culture of telemark ski events.

Interesting Facts About Myself:

I help with many construction projects around my house and my grandmother’s house. I like to do woodworking projects and to tune my own skis in our workshop at home. I have hiked 21 of NH’s 48 4000′ footers. I also play lacrosse, golf, kayak, and run cross country

During the summer I love to go to golf camp and play golf with my Dad whenever he will take me.

Gore Mtn. Sprint Classic- 2/2- DSQ

Gunstock Sprint Classic- 2/10- 16th Men’s expert category
Bromley Sprint Classic- 2/24- 4th Youth Men’s expert category

2017-18 Season:
Junior Men’s 1st and 2nd Place at Waterville Valley in 2 days of sprint classic competitions; Junior Men’s 1st Place at Crotched Mountain sprint classic.

2016-17 Season:
Junior Men’s 1st Place at Suicide Six; Junior Men’s 3rd Place at Wildcat Mountain; Junior Men’s 1st Place at Waterville Valley

2015-2016 Season:
Placed 2nd in my first ever telemark race in the junior men’s division at Crotched Mountain in March 2016.
