My Skiing History:
I grew up skiing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. I competed in both Alpine and Nordic ski racing throughout childhood, and focused on Alpine ski racing during college. I have been heavily involved in backcountry skiing, ski mountaineering, and PSIA for over 18 years.
My Goals and Motivation:
My goal is to ski fast.
What I Love About Telemark Racing:
I enjoy Telemark ski racing because it is the hardest skiing discipline and combines elements of Alpine, Nordic and Ski Jumping.
Interesting Facts About Myself:
I majored in jazz performance (amongst other things) in college and have worked as a bass guitarist for the last 14 years.
Competition Results:
My highlights include top 20 World Cup finishes and winning the 2008 Sunlight Sprint Classic.
