NEW YORK, N.Y. (Dec.  2008) – The Wacoal Sports Science Corporation, makers of CW-X® Conditioning Wear (www.cw-x.com), has  signed an exclusive agreement to become the “Official Baselayer Supplier” of the U.S. National Telemark Ski Team. The agreement will put members of the World Cup telemark team in CW-X Tights and Tops from December 2008 through the end of 2009.

“Telemark is a sport that demands high endurance, and we believe the targeted support and accelerated recovery benefits provided by CW-X will offer a substantive edge for our athletes,” said Eric  Lamb, US National Team member and Secretary of  the U.S. Telemark Ski Association.

“This is an excellent application of our support technology,” said John L.A. Wilson, president and COO of Wacoal Sports Science Corp. “We strongly believe the team will see improved performance and better recovery times by wearing CW-X.”

CW-X has been extensively tested and proven in competition by Olympics medalists, cyclists in the Tour de France, and climbers on at least two separate and successful Mt. Everest expeditions. CW-X is endorsed by Alpine Canada Alpin, USA Luge, USA Mountain Running, and now, the U.S. Telemark Ski Team.
