Josh has been involved in Alpine and Nordic ski racing since childhood. He has worked as a ski instructor, coach, backcountry guide, and ski technician intermittently for the last 17 years.

Raced Alpine in collage while in central Vermont. During collage started teaching skiing and Mount Snow, VT. in 1990. Moved to Crested Butte, Co. and taught from 1994-1998. Moved Back to Mount Snow, VT. in 1998-present to Teach and Live. Currently an Alpine level 2 coach. Through PSIA became certified in Alpine in 1990, Snowboarding in 1998, Telemark in 2001, X-country in 2012. Moved to the PSIA-E Educational Staff for alpine 1999-2008, Joined the PSIA-E Educational Staff in 2009-present.

Maggie is a graduate student at Pacific Lutheran University in the low-residency MFA program in Creative Writing. She is a freelance writer and blogger. She will be involved in public relations for Kalispell Brewing Company, a craft brewery her husband and teammate Cole Schneider is opening in Kalispell, Montana. Maggie's non-profit experience includes serving as the Patron Services Manager for the Glacier Symphony and Chorale, Program Director for the Glacier Institute and a teacher at Hope Ranch. She was a Board of Director for the Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation, 2009-2012, and served as the Foundation's Secretary. Currently, she is a volunteer Associate Editor for the Whitefish Review, a literary journal.
Maggie has been a lifelong skier, growing up in northern Michigan and participated in alpine racing through high school. She was a ski instructor at Boyne Mountain Resort and Nubs Nob during high school and college. She lives in Whitefish, Montana with her husband.

Al's son Jack Rosenthal is currently a member of the USTSA Development Team and trains with the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. Besides skiing Al is an avid cyclist, both mountain and road cycling.
