Skiing History:

I started skiing at Cannon Mountain in Franconia, New Hampshire when I was 3 years old. I began alpine racing when I was 8 and raced for 10 years throughout New England. Then I moved to Montana in 1995 and began telemark skiing a year later at Snowbowl. I moved to Whiefish in 2001, this is where my curiosity for telemark skiing was sparked. But, it wasn't until 2005 that I actually began racing. Now I am hooked!

Competition Results:

Last year was my first year racing competitively and I finished 1st in five races. The highlight of my year was the US NAtionals where I finished 1st place in the GS, Sprint, Classic and won the Overall Title.

Goals, Attitude and Motivation:

My Goals for this year are to be stronger and faster. I am motivated by all the awsome telemark racers that live in Whitefish.

Why do you Telemark Race?

First, I telemark race because I love to ski, and second, because it is a new intense way to challenge myself.
